I want lots and lots of different coloured bralets.  I was so tempted to make a splurge today but I was good.  Saving up for America and the summer in general is getting hard &gt;&lt;&#8221; I haven&#8217;t shopped in what feels so long I&#8217;m getting withdrawal symptoms.  How bad is that?

crave. definitely making these over easter when i&#8217;m home. they look so damn gooood ~ *drool* Ingredients:1/2 cup cold butter1 pouch (1&#160;lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix1 egg1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)2 teaspoons lemon zest1/4 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with non stick spray. In a large bowl cut the cold butter into the cookie mix with a fork or pastry blender. Stir in the egg until the mixture is crumbly. Press half of the dough into the bottom of the greased pan and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes. In a small bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until thick and combined. Spread lemon mixture over baked crust and evenly crumble remaining dough on the top. Bake another 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.

i’m excited <3

i need to get my act together and actually take this weekend as an opportunity to get on track with my work. i’m behind and there’s only two weeks left. 14days and it’ll be the end of teaching… the end of me being a fresher. how crazy is that? i still remember being terrified en route here with my momma. 

but i’m excited. i’m sad that time is going so quickly but this year has been lovely and mainly stressful but lovely; however excited for the prospects that summer 2012 is gonna bring. i’ve missed my girlfriends, my best friend but most importantly my parents, boyfriend and baby sis. i just can’t wait to go crazy with her in LDN and US of A. 

oh golly !  i forgot we still have easter to look forward to too ! chocolate ! nom.com oh how i miss you so right now… it’s purely ridick… craving a malteaser bunny !
